Career Marketing Plan

Once the resume is complete, a comprehensive marketing plan is critical to any job-search campaign, regardless of the market. Dililp  helps its clients with the marketing plan development and in its execution. The marketing plan consists of two parts: Responding to selected targets that have posted jobs and identifying targets that interest you for prospectively going after those that YOU want to pursue.  Most clients pursue both options.

In a tough job market for mid-career and senior professionals more action can be generated through prospecting than through merely responding to open jobs, even with a great cover letter and a resume. If you have someone inside the company who is willing to champion you, then this becomes an additional source of developing traction in these companies.
